Dude's notorious for trying to get a rise out of people on every single thread. It's hilarious.

I'm not trying to get a rise out of people. I just forget where I am sometimes and post opinions that would not be controversial whatsoever anywhere other than here. Most NFL offensive experts would agree that McDaniel is either Kyle's equal or has surpassed him in terms of modern offensive innovation.

I do think he has a more modern passing game than Kyle and I don't think it's controversial but as far as Head Coach he isn't close to Kyle.
Just throw deep to reek, so innovative

people forget reek made Alex smith's deep ball look great

It's more than that dude. He started this short motion fad that every team is copying now. And Kyle passing game has always been in need of a modern boost but it's effective so it works.
it's not more than that. Barely could handle the 1-2 chargers and Patriots and ran up the score against the worst team in the league. They are not even a favorite going into this weeks matchup.

While you may not think this that is relevant, but it is. You can run what ever plays you want against sorry teams. heck, they could have ran that ring around the rosie play like KC has. Miami needs to throw it up, if they don't they won't win.

Guess you missed the part where I said Kyles a much better head coach if you don't think his passing game is more modern that's because you don't know what the f**k your watching
we're not talking about Kyle right now. We're talking about you being impressed about a team reliant on the long ball. But that is another thing that you missed

they just ran for over 350 yards , but the long ball

Did you miss the 3 man fronts by Denver?

Lol running up the score against the worst team in the league and think it's amazing and innovative

I just looked up Miami's draft picks since McDaniel took over and was kind of shocked how he built his team. Not through the draft!!!

2022:
rd 3 - Channing Tindall
rd 4- Erik Ezukanma
rd 7- Cameron Goode
rd 7 - Skylar Thompason

2023:
rd 2 - Cam Smith
rd 3 - Devon Achane
rd 6 - Elijah Higgins
rd 7 - Ryan Hayes

Seems like he is taking the McKay approach in team building in trading for good players and/or signing them in free agency. I honestly don't watch enough of the Dolphins to know if any of these guys has even contributed other than Achane had a big day on Sunday.

I wonder if we are starting to see some GMs come to the realization that draft picks are overrated? Why not trade a 1st round pick for a star player if the hit rate of a 1st round draft pick is less than 50% and plummets further down each round? Why not package some early round picks for s superstar?

It worked for the McVay and the Rams. ( won a super bowl ).

Maybe the 9ers should take the same approach when It comes to first round picks.

Why would they run only 3 DL when they run a 3-4 defense ?
That weird motion that the wr's are running is really helping. I wonder when others will copy.

Rams did as well and now Tutu Atwell is looking like he's not a bust. I think competition committee is gonna look at it in the off-season.

Does it promote scoring? NFL likes this
Is it fun? it is? PUT A STOP TO IT

that's the NFL thought process

The threat and completion of the deep threat is helping. A lot of those motions didn't help that much as they struggled with the two previous 1-2 teams. It looks pretty tho

I wouldnt be surprised if they deem it to be legal. Just like the OTs who are clearly moving before the snap. Just like the countless holding penalties that don't get called as it's now only if the o linemen tackles the defender is it holding. But don't you dare hit a player as the refs whistle is being blown that's illegal.

The 40+ point shootout Vs the chargers or facing the best defensive mind in football. Continue with your s**t take.

Yes your take that the short motion "looks pretty" and doesn't have a use to it. That's a s**t take. Saying the Dolphins put up 40+ points Vs the Chargers is factual their defense also giving up 40 doesnt take away from the offense a child would understand that. Bill Belichick is the best defensive mind the NFL has ever had in it so yes he was able to slow down the offense of the Dolphins. You a Taylor swift fan and new to football and need me to spell it out more?

To think we had Mike and Kyle all the same time and didn't win anything. They were a match made in heaven but Mike is the innovator in my opinion. His Miami offense is something to admire and we have been using some of their plays as well.
