He will use the additional picks and cap space to build the defense up and maybe go after someone like Barkley or Elliot. Pete Carroll will try to revive his strong defense and running game.

He is 70. I am a bit stunned that he has chosen the route of a partial rebuild.

Yeah doesnt make sense. I guess we have to see which QB they go for. I think if they can trade for Jalen Hurts, they will be on a good path. He would fit really well in Seattle.

Gosh Denver gave up a lot. Too much IMO. Russell Wilson is great but he relies on speed and quickness. He's been injured some too. He's getting older. I think it's too much to give up.

That's funny man, I'm on the opposite side. Can't believe it didn't cost 3 firsts and then some.

Me too I think they should've given up way more. Denver most likely will be a very good team and next year's first round pick won't be a top 10 pick like this years

3 players (two starters) and 4 high picks .. thats a lot
Watch the niners lose to Seattle both times in 2022.

haha it will make it easier to beat them but Carroll has been the real reason we always lose to them. He had Harbaughs number and now he has Shanny's

Pretty much amounted to three first and some.

QB is the most important position in all of sports. They got an MVP candidate at the position who keeps himself in insane shape. Seattle got a haul but the trade will hinge on what they do with those draft picks.

No, injuries are the major reason we have been losing to Seattle the past couple years. I don't know if anyone remembers but the last time we played them we did not have all pro players like Deebo Samuel and Fred Warner not to mention many others. I think that alone makes the game an easy win. The game prior this year we did not have many starting players as well (including Robbie Gould Elijah Mitchell Jimmy G K Williams Moseley) which cost us that game as well.
Regardless the details, I am relieved he is out of our division.

Mildly surprised Philly wasn't in on this, but SEA prolly wanted him in the AFC
Of course we play Denver this too
