I like this pickup obviously for the physical traits (speed and power) but I think he can also be a DE that you can disguise and drop into coverage the odd time to confuse offended. Gives the Defense a different look in that regard because of his speed and coverage ability.

Edge is a position within the DL(defensive line). The categorizer "EDGE" was created by the scouting community to encapsulate 4-3 DE and 3-4 OLB as one group since more and more teams, like the 49ers, started to use both types of players in their schemes. Also, it removes the confusion from things like 3-4 DE and whatnot.
