Very true. Plus most of these defensive players (especially front 7) are all on steroids so it's even less impressive. I'm sure he's still very strong regardless and all I really care about is him overpowering OL on the field. Anything above 6-7 sacks and some good pressures is a win for us.

You know how many internet professionals we have in here. From QB gurus to personal trainers lol. In fact, I'm a professional underwater basket weaver.

Nah...he had no idea it was a bench squat . He was criticising the squat because he didn't understand the exercise Sosa was doing. Thats funny.

I see that several 49er players ( along with many other players around the league) are skipping voluntary workouts. We had more injuries than any team in league history and injuries were up all around the league last year. Some people speculated that it may have been the lack of conditioning that caused the increase. What's their excuse this year. I think most of them can probably get vaccinated if they haven't been already.

Every team was in the same boat last year. Also, VOLUNTARY offseason team workouts don't mean your body is more prepared to take a hit. The only thing they prepare you for is the X's and O's.
