I was hoping Sherfield can be WR3 with Deebo moving to the slot when they go three WRs. I think Kyle really likes Sanu and what he brings to the field as a bigger slot and good run blocker. Sherfield will be a valuable backup and if Kyle thinks the three WR group (Aiyuk, Deebo, Sanu) needs more speed, then Sherfield is ready to go and replace Sanu.

I think regardless who the first, second or third WR's are, the #4 should still see action and be active on game days. Also its not like Deebo has shown he can stay healthy throughout the season either.

Reminds me of Trent Taylor past 2017. Always a camp standout yet in the regular season looks pedestrian.

This guy is a baller, I hope he wins WR #3 on this team. Sanu has experience but he lacks the explosiveness Sherfield has shown.

The fact that Sherfield hasn't dropped a pass this preseason is a big plus over Bourne. I loved Bourne, don't get me wrong, but he had so many frustrating drops. And Sherfield has been the only receiver on our roster to be sure-handed this preseason.

This guy has been the biggest surprise in camp. And he seems to have a genuine chemistry with Lance, which should only help him going forward.

I am rooting for this guy so much.

He's really fun to watch when catching a ball, dude goes up for it and he's got great speed.

How he didn't pan out in Arizona is a surprise. But i hope Sherfield takes over
