It's difficult to be patient but this pick is one that requires lots of patience unfortunately. Many people had hopes he would come in and save our season after Jimmy went down. But this kid needs to learn and slow himself down and stop trying to prove he was worth the #3 pick. Same thing is happening with Wilson in New York.
This is really accurate. He seems to be trying too hard, and he is putting too much on his shoulders. He needs to calm down and take whats given to him. Take it slow. Shanahan isnt doing him any favors with that gameplan
. As much as people hate Mac jones, I like how they are bringing him along in that offense. Not asking him to do too much, letting him learn and build confidence. Shanahan needs to design a gameplan that gives Trey confidence, and that wasnt it.
