To each his own I guess. She doesn't look all that old but already seems like she has had collagen injections in her lips, which doesn't bode well for her future appearance.

Hey don't pretend you didn't have an unhealthy obsession with that thread prior to the draft.

Could just be the weird angle and lighting. Looks pretty normal to me here:

But I think the point is moot. I have heard that relationship is over.

I was legit concerned about NY85's mental health state during the pre-pick process. LOL. I thought we might lose him forever if the pick was Mac Jones. I was very happy for him when the FO picked Trey.

Trey + newborn = good life!

yes, he's getting better. Yes, being thrown in the fire too early can hurt people's development and just as importantly, their confidence.

His weaknesses are things he can absolutely work on in practice, and he's not the better QB right now.

He looks like he's improving quickly, but best case scenario is still that we start winning w/Jimmy. The next 3 games both dictate our season, and should be really big in Trey's development.

He's really been out there in NFL practices for 3 months. If you've ever had a demanding career - the first 3 months in a new gig is a firehose. Give him another month. Better yet, Jimmy starts winning and we can do him the favor of giving him until next offseason.

Great post and perspective.

He's getting there bit by bit and got to stay at the facility during the bye-week to "rehab" as well. Kyle's trying to bring him along properly so I get that. The fan in me just wants him to start but that doesn't mean it's the right thing to do at this juncture.

I'd also like to see him once Kyle feels he can call a more traditional game plan with full play action, under C snaps, roll outs, 2-minute drill, RZ work, etc.

Go look at every thread, I'm at the top of damn near every list, not just McCorkle's

and absolutely I was in there a ton…SF just made the biggest move in franchise history and it better not have been for his sloppy noddle arm ass.

it's a common theme in here…when people don't want to have a healthy debate about a player/coach lets poke at how many posts you have, like it means something.

like I said I've put time into this site and made some relationships, I don't have to defend myself at this pt…I got people in here I can talk to and know what I'm about. That's all that matters to me.

Nah, SF made the biggest trade in franchise history and it had better not have been for chubby noodle arm McCorkle….I was very passionate about all that lol.

yeah life is fine over here in NY end of the day.

Yeah I see that. As if it's some kind of 'gotcha' argument. I remember someone saying that we waste time on here instead of spending time with our loved ones. I rebutted that I intentionally spend time on here to get away from my loved ones.

I honestly have zero problem with how much you post In here. I am honestly on the site wayyyy more than I post burning time between cases. I honestly agree with you on a ton of aspects within the board.

Including wanting fields and not wanting Mac regardless of if he is more ready, and being very excited in what lance brings to the table. I also want to see him play ASAP. The difference is I feel he needs to learn to tread water and you think he should just be thrown in the deep end. Again this isn't a huge disagreement but everytime there is anyone posting something about learning and practice being important it's just met with this staunch pounding of the table about It being the right way to do it. Even tho the entire 49ers organization agrees that it is what's best for his long term future.

In the end I think we both want lance to reach his potential and be out 15 year solution. I want the guy to succeed regardless of how painful the path to get there is. I think we would have a great time at a tailgate with a beer and light debate! Cheers.

I think the only thing we know is that there isn't one correct way to develop a QB prospect. What works for one QB may ruin another. And if a QB flops, there's no evidence to say that he would have developed properly had a different approach been taken. Sometimes a QB is destined to suck no matter what development path he took, and vice versa, he was destined to ball out no matter what coaching he received in the NFL.

Ultimately, I think it's on the player. But even with the best physical tools and a great work ethic, that doesn't guarantee success since the QB position has so many intangibles.

lol ya im sure he didnt wanna use his shiny new toy vs Indy 🙄

lol you honestly watched that game and thought "Our inexperienced rookie QB should be out there slogging in the mud trying to learn the game."?

Sprained knees are incredibly common. I've heard players say that a vast majority of guys play on them every week. Its just part of getting hit all the time. Its technically an injury, so its not a lie for Shanahan to say he has a knee thing and will sit out a week. Its pretty obvious with him going with Jimmy against the Bears that he's sticking to his plan of letting Trey learn and not trying to force him out there too soon.

Him starting the Cards game was out of necessity, and he didn't know enough of the playbook to run a full game plan. Thats why there were so many QB runs. Hes just not ready, and Shanahan knows that if Trey fails, he's getting fired, so he's bringing him along the right way as long as he has a healthy Garoppolo to use instead.

HA...the WZ has turned into on big "gotcha moment" and it's pretty ridiculous. I'm not gonna lie I've done it, but mainly after someone has been trying to do that to me for whatever reason.

I don't get to talk 49ers with many people outside of here, based on where I live...so I take advantage. who cares
