Look at my post count in every thread.

Hey don't pretend you didn't have an unhealthy obsession with that thread prior to the draft.

Go look at every thread, I'm at the top of damn near every list, not just McCorkle's

and absolutely I was in there a ton…SF just made the biggest move in franchise history and it better not have been for his sloppy noddle arm ass.

it's a common theme in here…when people don't want to have a healthy debate about a player/coach lets poke at how many posts you have, like it means something.

like I said I've put time into this site and made some relationships, I don't have to defend myself at this pt…I got people in here I can talk to and know what I'm about. That's all that matters to me.

I honestly have zero problem with how much you post In here. I am honestly on the site wayyyy more than I post burning time between cases. I honestly agree with you on a ton of aspects within the board.

Including wanting fields and not wanting Mac regardless of if he is more ready, and being very excited in what lance brings to the table. I also want to see him play ASAP. The difference is I feel he needs to learn to tread water and you think he should just be thrown in the deep end. Again this isn't a huge disagreement but everytime there is anyone posting something about learning and practice being important it's just met with this staunch pounding of the table about It being the right way to do it. Even tho the entire 49ers organization agrees that it is what's best for his long term future.

In the end I think we both want lance to reach his potential and be out 15 year solution. I want the guy to succeed regardless of how painful the path to get there is. I think we would have a great time at a tailgate with a beer and light debate! Cheers.

sounds fair...I'm just so sick of hearing "well look at Mahomes" when it comes to sitting someone or sitting a guy is the best chance at success, if that's true every team would do it no matter what.

Kid hasn't played football since 2019 and at this rate won't until 2022. I don't care who you are that's not good...especially for someone with so little experience in general. Can't get better by not playing.

I'm fine with agreeing to disagree

From that "report" it just said they called to ask what the price might be, not that there was a legit offer.

End of the day who knows. A lot of s**t is just s**t nowadays with rumors in sports. Hot takes make cash, not really the truth. sucks

HA...the WZ has turned into on big "gotcha moment" and it's pretty ridiculous. I'm not gonna lie I've done but mainly after someone has been trying to do that to me for whatever reason.

I don't get to talk 49ers with many people outside of here, based on where I live...so I take advantage. who cares

Easy answer. Are you trying to be 0-17 when you have no first round pick? LOL. No way Flacco would even see the field Trey is light years beyond him which means we would be throwing Trey to the wolves at 21 great plan man. So glad we have professionals leading the team with actual GM credentials light years beyond "fan" posts and they clearly agree that the above "fan" nonsense is just that.
People actually sincerely advocating we sign a 105 year old Flacco. This is your WZ fellas.

And they say there is no 'anyone-but-Jimmy' crowd.

They don't want Josh Rosen so technically "anyone but Jimmy" isn't true.

The rest of the team would have been better...extra $24M to add to the team. That's a HUGE amount of money that could have brought in a lot more talent outside of our same broken players and cheap depth signings. It would have been more what we saw in 2019 as far as the game plan goes, Lance would have been 20th in passing attempts and they would have played good D and run the snot out of the ball.

I mean did they not look at guys like Flacco/Dalton/Teddy?

Personelly I would have like them to trade for Minshew if Jimmy wouldn't agree to a pay cut.

But yeah Jimmy at $26M and being 2-4 (and he looks awful) is totally better. Everything is just great

trey plays. if he gets hurt. joe is respectable just like jimmy is now. at a cheaper cost and all that money we can free up. that was just one option that we could have done.. yes i am monday morning quarterbacking. i am just mad at myself that i actually got sucked into thinking we were a win now team so no need for trey to be the man right away. we are a 7 win team at best. so in part based upon jimmys showing so far. there is no reason we should not play trey if he can go. now. i do not have confidence in kyle to make a game plan to help trey succeed but that is a whole other story for a whole other cc nervousbreakdown

I mean I didn't want Flacco, gross. That said Flacco for $5 bucks or Jimmy at $27M.

Is Jimmy really playing that much better to justify the cap difference? s**t give me minshew for a conditional 2022 6th rd pick. He has two yrs left on his deal and really isn't that bad at all.

20 starts with the s**tty Jags he completed 63% of his balls, threw for 5,600 yards 37/11 TD/INT 93 OB rating

Oh hell yes I'd take Minshew in a heartbeat. Dude is a better version of Baker Mayfield

joe or anyone would not have been signed to be a starter.. the only way to get better is to keep doing it. especially when the kid did not play at all. plus we are not a win now team so who do we care about who the starter is,, lynch and his credentials. like what he did with buck and then the pick,. lynch has little cred left but you just keep right on defending and being in denial about the sad state of affairs in this team

I kinda understood what they were doing...they thought they could just run it back and have the same success in 2019. Issue is that yr was a magical one, a lot of things fell into place and everything was clicking.

They thought they could just roll with the same bunch of often injured guys and hope they didn't get hurt. That's never gonna work. Toss in basically red shirting your 1st three picks (they rest are depth outside of a 6th rd RB woof).

bad all around and that's on everyone in the building.

we lost our heart and soul of the d line to. i still say that was a killer. the two leaders on defense in sherman and buck. of course sherman can not play.. but they dumped two leaders and did not replace them with anyone worth a damn. lynch and kyle over valued the roster. drafted terrible. over paid some people in free agency and HOPED injured guys would be fine. and we are where we are
