Trey shouldn't start if the 49ers win. Of course, the 49ers winning, amirite?

Shanahan got him injured badly in his first start.

RIP Trey

Wow that makes sense. "Stick to TikTok" when I asked for your sources that Trey is ready even though by your own brilliance he can't even beat out a terrible good for nothing QB. Fantastic stuff once again "lol" man. You make sense. Tiktok whatever that has to do with anything. Tiktok

Hard to "beat out" a good for nothing QB when that QB gets every damn rep with the starters for the last 6 months.

There was NEVER a competition, Kyle said that from day 1. Kid hasn't had a chance to prove anything to this point.

That said Jimmy wasn't the reason we lost yesterday....he played well enough to go toe to toe with Colt McCoy The defense which currently is a poor excuse for a supposed top end defensive roster got butt f**ked by a career backup QB and a backup RB.

And the offense couldn't keep up with Card's backup offense, but that's an aside. The season is shot, players are not in it, they're mostly looking beyond their 1 year contracts. It's time to give Lance quality reps.

I'm fine if we go to lance for that reason but we won't because as Kyle said he'll play Trey "when he's ready" something TikTok obviously missed Problem was getting outrushed 163-39 meanwhile Jimmy was responsible for 90% of the offense. Jimmy kept up, the rest of the team didn't.

Whole team played like s**t but Jimmy was by far the least smelly.
Unexcusable loss.
What i learned is that Kyle must find a way to develop Trey without starting him, this play calling and this roster could quickly end his career.
It's better sacrifice Jimmy
meanwhile Mac Jones seems to be managing wins. OOF

Actually concerned about his ability to develop properly here. We pretty much look like the loser 49ers we've been most of this century and that doesn't bode well for an extremely raw QB like Lance. And I'm not sure Shanny is willing or able to adjust his scheme to accommodate what Lance can and cannot do. This is starting to look like a movie I've seen over and over.

Mac Jones did zilch I watched that game. He didn't manage anything other than managing to turn the ball over multiple times. Patriots have a very good O line, their rookie runner is a bowling ball, they rotate three backs that all play well, good tight ends, good defense, well coached side obviously.

But he did pull off an ankle lock.

Time for Trey, i dont care if we run it with the backs 40 times a game as long as he's growing, but we are technically only a game out so of course it will be JG.

Lance threw it too hard and Sanu dropped it. Good job Jimmy getting that 3 yard gain.
