This 49er run game about to go off. I have concerns over Lance's accuracy and tendency to run, but if he takes coaching well, he has the ability to be the ultimate dual threat QB.

It helps that he has a reputation as a lover of reviewing game film.

Watching film doesn't help accuracy. I really hope there's a preseason this season. Can't wait to watch him.

I don't know how much was smoke and how much was fire, but I'm happy with the result. But yeah, there could have been a real big battle between Mac and Lance.
Well now, I think Kyle has really evolved his thinking, for sure. The Sudfeld signing, Flacco tryout, and cutting Brock Rutter all pointed to Mac. All three QB's (Mac, Fields, Lance) are going to be great NFL QB's. I think John, Peters, and possibly even Mike moved the dial enough for Kyle to choose Lance. Now the real work starts, how to develop this guy into a hall of famer!
