Or should we focus on the Houston game, you know the team that absolutely obliterated Justin Herbert and made him look like absolute garbage whereas Lance looked like a stud. Even when some of you were pointing to his struggles in the first half, you do realize he was 10 for 13 throwing the ball right? Yeah real good examples. Lance had the BEST FIRST two games out of any rookie quarterback in the NFL by far.

Like I said before, Lance had to play against the best team in the NFL and a top defense at the time in his first start and still looked like he belonged Bigtime without Mostert and Kittle and he had to play Houston who destroyed San Diego the week prior and for all of you that might not be keeping up with football they whipped Cincinnati with a back up quarterback you know, the team that went to the Super Bowl and should've won? Yeah Lance was impressive in his first two starts I don't think you some of you people (sorry SD just the facts not your feelings matter) really know how to truly analyze football.

Facts.

Couldn't beat out Jimmy G.

Doesn't know the play book.

Thank you for confirming what I already believed about the veracity of your contributions to this forum.
Imagine making a huge list to describe a player and an overwhelming majority of that list is nothing more than made up nonsense. Couldnt be me.

Then you agree with objective and obvious falsehoods.

Why do you believe things that a 9 year old child could find out were false in a 20 second google search?

This. Wasn't a fan of his takes back in the day, but he's been spot on lately

That's right.

Jimmy is average and being replaced by a relatively unknown and promising young guy who has the attributes necessary to actually win it all. And we won't know whether he'll be up to the challenge for awhile or ever, but we should expect him to at least match Jimmy's level of play in year one.
….
aka cultist.

Makes me wonder if I'm being trolled softly.

If it's not trolling though, these guys will pretend it was all along when Trey eventually shows himself to be a quality QB.
Interesting to see both Jimmy's and Trey's draft assessment from NFL.com.

Trey was rated to be a good 2nd year starter which bodes well for this season.

The rating for Jimmy proved to be too low as he panned out to be an average starter (6.20-6.29). But overall pretty accurate assessments.

Good to see if we keep JG he could potentially give us an average backup or a boost to special teams.

He's better than that. Definitely an average starter bridge QB who will help turn around a franchise and mentor a young stud ala Alex Smith.

Overall accurate on Jimmy but he never learned to consistently slide in the pocket a la his mentor Tom Brady. Too bad though because had he learned this skill he would be a top QB.
