There's a diminishing return on the usefulness of another WR here. Unless he's going to be an All Pro type guy, why bother?
was thinking the same.. unless we move Deebo to RB permanently

I doubt he'd go for that. But,that'd be a lot of star power on the field at the same time.

add in Uzomah or Njoku opposite of Kittle
I don't know... WR really seems like the last position we really need to spend one of our early picks on. Especially if we have to trade more assets.

Yup. We seem loaded. Deebo is a #1. Aiyuk I see on that level esp with his rapport with TL. Kittle #1 TE founder of TE U. Big Trent. KS dialing it all up. Rest of the NFL has problems.
Lmfao. When Jimmy was QB the first excuse for why Jimmy didn't throw deep was, "who's gonna run deep? We don't have any burners"…and now it's… "we don't need another WR, we're fine with what we have". 🤣🤣

I never said any such thing though one or two did. We have Deebo, Aiyuk, Jennings(hopefully), and Kittle at TE. We have much bigger needs as our receiving corps is a strong point. Kyle has always liked guys with YAC and a deep threat/4th WR can be found later in the draft or off of a cheap vet.

Spend early picks on secondary or OLine.

Edit: just a random afterthought, I actually poked fun at the absolute meaninglessness of you guys and your obsession of the deep ball and how it's nothing more than a fantasy stat. 15 plays 79 yards just won a SB.

We'd have a HEAVY investment in WR then and I'm not sure who's gonna come in and beat out Autumn and Deebo just forget about it. You can never have too many explosive players but our secondary seems to need solidifying so we can stop other teams explosive players

Then again our defense wasn't the reason we lost so I'm torn. We do need to threaten defenses more at both pass catchers and ball carriers. We can't expect Deebo to do everything everytime

The deep ball is needed to take advantage of 8 in the box defenses keying in on the run game, but they don't need Watson or any other high draft pick.

They have plenty of big play and deep threats. They just need a QB who can make the throws.

Lance isn't going to miss a wide open 30 yard pass to Juszczyk on a wheel route.

I think I saw some laundry as well. Same thing happened Vs us where Rams got two 15 yarders on the same drive and I believe we were up two scores at that point getting into late game situations

Of course my memory could be a bit hazy as I have not made the time to watch ball once we lost. I put my time to better use but I did get to see some online banter and posting about what happened in the big game

I understand you gotta have rules but the officiating should be a rather minuscule part of deciding games especially when it can't be a perfectly executed job

I believe calls should be reserved for only obvious infractions because otherwise the games outcomes are cheapened.

We need explosive plays and always relying on a 15 yard drive with these officials ain't it. We need home run hits as often as we can get them so if there's a holding call we come right back at em

We got two free 3rd rounders for McDaniel.

Who is saying that? It appears to be that the hype for Watson is that he's a unicorn at 6'4 and 4.36 speed.

Gonna be great to finally have a QB who can hit those.

don't forgot that open pass to aiyuk that would have put the first playoff game against dallas away

Maybe he would've hit that pass if he wasn't hurt.
