I'm of the opinion of wait and see because most off-season content is junk but it aligns with the FOs actions, what they've said and the clips we've seen. I'd take both with a grain of salt but its still an interesting perspective

The fact that negative Nancy Dieter is saying this speaks volumes

• great attitude
• smart
• works hard
• does insane things in practice
• handled a must win w16 game w/ enviable poise for a rookie

Things they want:
• less improv - more quick hits, simple wins
• louder LR voice

I remember those reports a few years ago that Kyle and John Lynch were feuding and had a fractured relationship. Then the source turned out to be an ex-scout that was no longer with the organization and it was all BS.

Sounds like Trey is on track. The constructive criticism is about on par with what we as fans have seen from him so far and what you would expect for a 21 year old NFL QB.

Sounds like Trey is on track. The constructive criticism is about on par with what we as fans have seen from him so far and what you would expect for a 21 year old NFL QB.

Obviously different lives, but I understand being younger than many of the people I manage. You need to find your voice, and it can be intimidating at first. But they respond to confidence and effectiveness, and when he shows that, they'll fall in line.

Locker room voice this will come as he transitions to starter... hard to have a loud voice as a backup.. that was kind of a watch and learn year soak it all in..

Yeah i mentioned those reports on twitter...those were supposedly from "49ers sources"

1 thing we know about this regime is they do not leak anything they don't want out there. So either they're leaking it because they want to up any possible value for Garoppolo or more than likely this is simply BS or sour grapes from guys on the outs.

We lost a few coaches this offseason...including one who is likely the source assuming there is actually a source which is Scangarello
