What players gave Joe the inside scoop? I have heard nothing but positive responses from Shanahan, Kittle, Williams and Warner. Perhaps a few others that I forgot about.
No named sources won't hold up in a court of law.

There's a rookie minicamp next weekend, but the first OTA with vets isn't until May 23-24. Only one of those days is open to reporters though.
I'd rather none are open to reporters. Pretty tired of them at this point. Lombardo just made a name for himself off this garbage "reporting".

Florio talks about this all of the time. These no name people who have a twitter account follow zero standards and don't care about what they post being true or not. Simply posting something whether it's incorrect value of a contract, fake trade or FA rumors, or fake player news, it doesn't matter. As long as it increases traffic they achieved their goal.

Welcome to social media. We all say stuff on this forum but it's mostly opinions. We aren't trying to pass ourselves off as some kind of insider.

Its all offseason BS. This isn't even news from this year. He's likely taking a quote from some random exec last summer who said they were a bit concerned about his footwork or something, and he's since improved it.
The draft is over, so the media stooges are now desperate for clicks again. They start stretching old news and hearsay into stories they can get people riled up with.

Just checked out this dudes (lumbardo) twitter and I see a lot of "retweets". How is he reporting anything copying whatever someone else says. As much as I don't like that Cohan at lease he puts in a little more effort.

This Matt Lombardo guy is a joke. KNBR should of never given him the time of day. He's talking about something "he heard" about in last years training camp and is now wanting to make a story of it. What a f**king troll this dude is. The beginning of this new season can't not come soon enough. And Jimmy needs to go. So much unnecessary drama.
