It's still ugly AF. And what's with the hop before he starts his dropback? Everything looks a mess. But his arm looks like it has some zip, so there's that. Let's see how he looks on game day.

He is exaggerating the ball dropping to his waste. He went over the top extreme on the elbow pointed to the sky.

You could say there was a bit of hyperbole with the elbow pointed to the* sky part of my comment, but the ball is waist high to below waist high and below his elbow. Chicken wing.

This is true specifically with accuracy and timing etc. he looks like he tightened it up a bit.
