I'm rooting for him but damn everyone is bending over backwards to pump up the good and brush off the bad.

not a good start to the most pro nfl offense ready QB we were told.

Yeah the dude is gonna be absolutely awful. He just ain't made for this lifestyle, unfortunately.

How about finishing 12-0. Last nine games plus the playoffs and SB.

Count me in! Where do I sign!!!!
I interpret Lance throwing picks as a good sign. It means he's not trying to be a 1 read QB and trying to make a running play type QB. I'm excited.
gonna get the Ward's mixed up now

It depends which kind. The ones right to a defender Jimmy Garoppolo-style aren't good but the rest aren't disappointing. And to your point, he's going to learn by pressing and testing the limits either way.

agree.. i like lance but lets not get silly... interceptions are not good. at all... just like in the days when people would make up excuses for the o line by saying.. qb hits and sacks are over rated

I wonder at what range he threw those Int's? Remember, his worst area was the 10-19 yard range last season.

Oh yeah, great point. We were going to watch that!

In practice they can be good because you can learn from it and get better. It's when you keep making the same mistake over and over that's the problem.

Interceptions period is not a good thing. It's only training camp so it doesn't really mean much but it's clear that there will definitely be some spin jobs going on this season
I'm not sweating interceptions until they start happening in game. From what I have read only one was really bad so far. I hope it's just because our secondary is much improved.

Like pretending Mac Jones played well in the playoffs? It's possible.

They're a good thing for the defense. Or would you rather have a defense that doesnt get any INTs in practice?

I think we had one to J.Ward, Warner & Hufanga in the middle of the field where the QB's just never saw them? I would imagine most were in that 10-19 yard range. I don't know how many of these were on Trey though. 1? 2?
