You can't be serious bro. Running Backs running the ball is substantially different than QBs doing it. You know this. Not just style, but frequency.

Exactly! There is a huge difference between a RB running the ball 15, 20, 30 times in a game and a QB running it 2-3 times in a game in order to keep the numbers advantage alive.

There is yes. This is why RBs burn out quicker than QBs. They run it more. The more you run.. the more you burn out. Which is my point.
I'm done with this topic. There is no evidence found in any study that proves running QBs get injured at a higher frequency than pocket QBs.

If you want to choose to ignore facts, be my guest.

Plenty of evidence that those that run.. RBs.. have the shortest careers. It's just common sense. We saw the ARZ game. How long do you think TL can last if every game looks like this?

If he made better decisions on whether to hand it off or keep it, it wouldn't have been ugly like it was.

I don't think he could survive 17 games of that. In fact he didn't survive the one.. wasn't he inactive after this game? I pray for smarter usage.. like in the HOU game.

Regardless, running QB's suck ass in the NFL, especially if they struggle at passing like Lamar Jackson and Kaepernick. They're good for highlights but that's about it.

We'd have a SB if we had Lamar Jackson lol. Even Kap was a much better player in the playoffs than Jimmy.

Pocket passer > running QB is not always true

Who the fick is the last running qb to win a superbowl? I'll wait.

And this suddenly makes Jimmy better how?

To answer the question Russ Wilson, who isn't quite the overall threat he once was now that he's lost a step. Even Mahomes beat us with big scrambles.

and you're basically implying Kap and Lamar could not win a SB with a team like the 2000 Ravens, which is laughable. Even Jimmy could.

Our 2 playoff losses with Jimmy were close enough to assume better QB play would have resulted in a win.

The following week was a bye week and Jimmy came back the week after that.

Trey's biggest issue was the speed of the game. I agree, Kyle shouldn't have had him running those RO plays in the AZ game. From my understanding, he never ran those types of plays in college. From what I have read is that they have been practicing them in TC this year. The hope is for him to become better at making the correct read and essentially protecting himself. If fans are really that scared of Trey being a part of the running game, I would tell them to not even turn the television on this season.

It has nothing to do with Jimmy. It has everything to do with running qbs and your belief that Lamar would have won the superbowl.

Who won the superbowl, your hero kaep? Or statue pocket passer Joe flacco?

Who were the final four qbs last year? Burrow, Stafford, Jimmy amd mahommes. All pocket passers.

The only running qb I could see winning a superbowl anytime soon is josh allen. And that's ONLY because he developed from the pocket.

Burrow Stafford and Mahomes are all mobile QBs. Jimmy is the only statue there.

Kap was a running QB. Our hope is that trey is not a running QB but a mobile QB. Im sure you know the difference.

To follow up on this.. it was a bye then Colts and TL was inactive for Colts. Sudfeld was our #2 that game. One QB run heavy game.. and it had him out a couple weeks..

And ppl say run all day TL there is no evidence it's a prob for running qbs

Sure he can run.. but be smart and most of all avoid contact..

Better play by pass rush and coverage would've won us the KC sb as well.

Our roster and the Rams were probably the best in the NFL, so there's no surprise they were one of the top teams. Mahomes and Burrow are pretty damn mobile if you haven't noticed lol.

And Kap actually beat Flacco 29-27 if you wanna narrow it down like that. It's not Flacco > Kap that won them the SB.

Right but our highest paid player played like s**t. Decent QB play and we have at least one SB with Shanny
