With Lance defenses have to defend every blade of grass, I love it. And I expect they'll add a slot wr to make this offense beyond dangerous

Few guys have what it takes mentally to do that. I think Trey does. His internal make up is what made me begin to like him. He has the intangibles.

Stronger, not better. Steve had one of the most accurate arms in NFL history. He was absurdly accurate.

Kyle said he liked him from day 1.

i dont think experience is a huge issue he is smart and knows how to play the game and the reason i liked him initially the most in the draft process is he makes pre/post snap reads and is a great decisionmaker

they are things he needs to work on like mechanics and accuracy/ball placement (which will be fixed by mechanics)

but there is a lot to love about lance and he isnt raw mentally/physically. Its just a matter of giving him some practice reps

Love his twitch and athleticism. Can he run a button down pass playbook? Now? No. In 1.5 years? Mebbe. Let me tell you the #1 thing we will NOT be doing with Trey Lance. Designed quarterback runs up the centers butt crack. That. Is. Out.
