This. Jimmy either Bombs again in the playoffs and they say enough is enough or Jimmy plays really well and prices himself out of SF. Either way you can't pay Jimmy 30+ Million a year. Not for a QB that isn't top 10 and not when you have to pay Bosa and others. I think Niners would have to win the SB for them to even consider bringing Jimmy back and even then it's unlikely because of the price. And for the people who say well we keep saying that but Jimmy is still here, It's not the samething because Jimmy was still under contract.

Ever hear the expression that points come out of the passing game? Throwing it is not playing it safe. Running your quarterback is, except for your quarterback.
