If I remember correctly one of those defenders ended up out of the game as a result of that goal-line contact above.

They were saying on KNBR that he fractured his Fibula not the Tibia. The Tibia is the larger weight bearing bone of the ankle. So that is some good news. He also had some ligament disruption. It is hard to completely tear the ankle ligaments they are among the strongest in the body.

No true fan wants to "lose with 10." Those aren't fans.

But real fans, like myself, know that a healthy and developing Trey Lance could've made this team unstoppable by seasons end.

We know how the Jimmy G story ends, we've seen it before.

I also wouldn't be surprised if he gets hurt too.

It's even dumber when you don't have a first rounder. Do they want the Dolphins to have a top ten pick just because they "know how this story ends"? It's dumb. Ilosing and giving the Dolphins a high pick only makes Lance injury sting more.

I agree but I also dont mind a play action every now and then. Maybe a naked boot sometimes but I'm done with this many read option plays per game. It's reckless and it wrecked TL

Any fracture needing surgery is still bad, but at least it wasn't compound. Hopefully he will have a nice recovery and be even stronger. Dak was ready to go for training camp. Hopefully Lance's recovery is sooner.🙏
