We've already lost 2 years with Lance . That means they will probably pick up that 5th year option so they can have 3 seasons for him to learn. I could easily be that 3rd year for him since he's played so little since 2019. I'm guessing they'll want to give him as much time as possible since they invested so much in him.
The problem now with Lance is that he would only have played 3 games in 3 years of football. I would think he would be anything but sharp when he comes back and will even take more time to get up to speed. Such injuries are confidence sapping. I got a feeling he will be traded next year
