Just hoping, I guess. Feels right. Rogers would be willing rework his contract to win at least another ring. Other draft picks/players that could make it work. I'm very happy with this pick. Trey Lance has tons of potential and unlike Kaepernick, he seems to have a good head on his shoulders. I'm sure he's going to work his butt off to become as good as he can be.

For anyone pissed about not getting Fields, he is probably a huge injury risk. He played through 4 injuries that were disclosed, and likely undisclosed ones as well. He's tough as nails and an amazing player, but we may have dodged a bullet.
