When you have a true threat to run at the QB position you tend to have the number one or at least a top five rushing attack which is what we like to do. I'm not saying the QB has to rush for 1K but he has to be a threat to keep the ball and that causes hesitation for defenses as well as it helps to set up one on ones in coverage.
Russell Wilson never was Vick but he killed us in large part due to his mobility

It's a interesting discussion. Put Fields on this team and we may shatter the NFL record for team rush yds in a season, considering seasons are 17 games now and we have CMC all year. Maybe TL can come in a lil leaner and quicker in offseason. TL needs to make the first man miss at times to be playing 11 v 11. Wilson made us look stupid half the time, making the first, second and third guy miss.
