Personally I think Lance has a much higher upside, will it ever get there? Who knows. A lot of development needed. I think at the very worst we got a Kirk cousins level QB in Brock (Kirky has a stronger arm/purdy more athletic). Where is his ceiling though? Is it enough to contend with the top dogs in the playoffs? Who knows. Like what I saw for the most part.

If Brock is Drew Brees, I'll be happy.

I mean hell yeah…not gonna hold my breath on that though.

You could say the same about Lance tuning into Josh Allen. It would be awesome if he did, but wouldn't hold my breath on that though.

Yea, funny how that works

Does any other team potentially have Drew Brees and Josh Allen in their QB room? I think not!

Give us #6 already!

New England has a potential poor man's Andy Dalton. That ain't nothing.

All he needs is more reps and he could be a poor man's Tom Brady. He's only 24.

If he can injure the entire Chiefs, Bills, Jags, Chargers and Bengals defenses single handidly sure.

I've never in my life heard of any NFL team dealing out picks (first rounders no less) with the goal of landing a player like CMC, thanks to saved cap space. That's nonsense. You land CMC and figure out who to restructure or cost down like JG got his deal reduced, stuff like that.

The trade is done. The picks are gone, and again, Lance didn't make the trade, so I'm just kinda confused as to why you aren't in the Lynch or Kyle S thread everyday griping about a trade you didn't like.

This thread is really for Lance's career,...not how well the GM does with draftpicks.

Simple. He never wanted Lance or Brock to begin with and wanted to keep Jimmy. First round picks could've been used to work toward the 21 pro bowl caliber starters necessary to get the Jimmy led team over the hump.

If you're referring to me, Brock is my dude. I'm a ride or die Brocker.
Yeah, it was just honestly, I don't know," Lance told Avery. "If there's someone out there at quarterback throwing that much, I mean, it was just, realistically, going back—COVID, and then I started throwing in May because I was rehabbing my hip. So that was when I started getting the ball back in my hand, in May. So I threw from May 2020 all the way through that year, draft prep, get drafted the next April.

"So, at that point, I had been throwing for a year straight and then go through that whole season until the next January. So I'd say probably, I don't know, about 20 months straight of throwing. Like I said, probably a week off in there. I don't even know if I took a whole week [off] between that whole time. But through that whole season, yeah, for probably 20 months straight."

20 straight months but you guys are convinced accuracy can be taught?

False. Why not speak for yourself? Don't tell others what they think, that's rude.

Someone posted about the TL trade saving us cap space cuz we don't have 2022 or 2023 firsts, I responded.. the answer is no you don't save cap space by trading out your firsts, as the players are paid by slotting and slot 3 is a higher salary much higher than slot 12 or slot 29. Even if you add all three guys, you barely get up to TLs wage and that's for 3 players not one. It was not a cap saving move to get TL, I would guarantee that is not what KS or JL were thinking, they wanted as good a QB as they could get, that's all there is to it.

Well I'm glad that's all there is to it so we can now get back to TL and the team around him.

Nope. Was to faithful.

Brock shows why you dont take a Mac in the first round. Can get a superior player in physical ability and production at 262.
