Has he been developed?
You could be right and both the #2 & #3 picks in that draft may be busts but I don't know how a guy that hasn't played can be labeled a bust.
People act like when he did play that is was all trash…which is objectively false. No he wasn't Mahomes out the gate, but no has even been that.
people forget how incredibly young the kid is and was when he played his only yr in college (19).
maybe he will never be our guy, but we will never know until he actually gets to play meaningful football. Shocking for some (mainly the ones that loved Jimmy or hated the pick).
I find it hard to believe that the hatred is football related after just 4 games.
All Facts
This makes no sense. If this was true then they would hate majority of the team. Why can't it boil down to the type of playing style you prefer? If Trey Lance was on another team would the same posters view Lance like they do now or like say Paxton Lynch? Who himself only had 4 starts in 2 years and has only thrown 20 something odd passes more than Trey.
Not everything has to be about race. I'm willing to bet that the majority of us "haters" like some variation of Fields, Young and/or Stroud. While al ot of us "haters" likely view Anthony Richardson in the same lens as Trey.
Who said it was about race? There are many other reasons to not like someone on a personal level. But it goes to show what kind of person you are when that is the 1st thing that popped into your head after I made that statement.
