Again and again, I would love for them to trade Trey Lance but the reality of things is that they won't. I've stated that many times.

If Lance went on a 8 game winning streak when he was a rookie, we wouldn't be here. Instead the kid showed he's just as injury prone as the QB he's replacing and looks like a project. That s**t is frustrating either way you slice it.

And others have stated to you many times that doing so would hurt the 49ers financially to do so. Therefore, you are intentionally rooting for something that will harm the franchise.

Reading all my post must be tough for you.

FTR I was never a fan of the Colin Kaepernick pick, but never wanted him to fail. I didn't think he was gonna workout, I was wrong he looked really good during the Super Bowl years.

If you want him to succeed why not want him and Brock to compete and let the best man win?

So why argue then, to just be snarky, put the poster down, laugh at him, what?? You people just automatically say I want him to fail and believe it.

Because you do want him to fail…you've villainized Lance because of Jimmy and how people criticize him after 7 years in the league.

you would rather trade him for nothing then let the kid have a chance to be good and develop. Like Steve said you never wanted him and you created an unlikely scenario that he had to nail out of the park to backtrack your stance.

Can the kid even develop, he just wasted two years of his rookie contract. How long are you guys gonna give him to develop.

Btw I'm laughing at "You do want him to fail". Got damn.

But but but Sam Darnold!? He's better for sure and will be the WK1 starter. He just needs to be on a better team. Never mind the 50+ starts and horrible QB play for 5 straight yrs. He deserves a chance to compete. He just needs to develop properly.

That is what is so maddening. There is no consistency in standards.

It's literally the epitome of being a bias asshat that lacks any consistency…just hypocritical b******t. How can anyone take "your opinion" serious saying s**t like that?

They want so bad to be proven right. Like that amounts to anything in here or for the franchise. I've never seen a kid get so much hate for literally no reason. It's pretty disgusting actually.

Naw I'm just tryna get my point across, it's you people who post get all sensitive when someone is not a fan of the QB. Tell me were you a fan of Kwame Harris, how about Anthony Clement, why didn't you give Kevan Barlow more of a chance and so on....

Kevan Barlow played in SEVENTY TWO games for the 49ers. I think its safe to say he was given a chance. Kwame Harris sucked. But if someone said after 3.1 games that Kwame Harris sucked, had no potential to be any good, you are damn right I would argue with those people too. Its completely illogical to formulate an opinion on someone's career after 3+ games played.

Awful post, Kolohe. Just awful.

You took that out of context but what ever I don't care lol

Lol you keep telling yourself that. You calling out Lance's "easy plays" then have no issue how protection was gotten for other QBs. I watched Hurts vs AZ his "highlights" were a f**k ton of dump off screens, 50/50 slot fades and one read throws to wide open receivers.

if Lance did that you'd be calling it out. I know for a FACTS you didn't watch early Josh Allen games with the nonsense you've been saying.

I was talking in the sense of QB styles at that point. You are taking it out of context lol. And honestly Allen looked like a beast from the moment he stepped on the field compared to Trey. He wasn't a great passer but he made Trey look like he doesn't belong as a rusher

Josh Allen was no better than Trey and Jalen in rushing performance his first 4 games.

7.7 YPA
2 TD's
4 fumbles

Sure, I got no chance but to sit and watch and let things play out right?

What's your main purpose here??

Obviously missed the point I was trying to make. My fault on that. But I gotta get to work.

He wasted? Kyle didn't play him year one and a fat f**k landed on top of his ankle WK2.

I'm gonna give him more than 100 f**king passing attempts…that's for damn sure.

why won't you??

Oh I know why, because he's the villain for you and Jimmy….because you want him to fail. There's no other reason outside of that.

They both were and are better rushers than Trey. Stats don't tell you how hard Trey gets hit and his uncanny ability to come up a yard short

I just don't understand why people wouldn't want Purdy to start? He was absolutely incredible any way you shake it. I'd much rather roll with that and see how it works out instead of hoping someone gets better. It's not like Lance would be going anywhere.

people get stuck on the whole draft picks but who cares. It's nearly over with the picks we threw away. If lynch sucks at anything, it's first round picks. Hahah

one lead us to the NFCC and had a freak injury but did historic things as a rookie with minimal prep. One has beat the worst team in the league one year and lost to the worst team in the league the following year.

this will be a debate with no end until the team announces a starter. I think Kyle feels too aligned with the way Purdy plays and his composure to not give Purdy every chance to regain the starting position once he is healthy.

I don't want to waste this super bowl window with a qb who we have no idea what he is.

Well if Lance knew how to simply….. slide. He wouldn't of got hurt.

kolohe calling us sensitive. Maybe go look at your posts in the Jimmy thread.

Were you a fan of Armstead/Ward? Didn't give them a chance I bet…two of the longest tenured 49ers over the past decade.

Slide? Where the f**k is he suppose to slide here on a QB power up the middle?

he would have gotten his head taken off…Trent missed his block.

slide….stop it.
