Trade Aiyuk, Trey, two of our 3rd rounders and next years 3rd to Texans for their 12 and 33.

If we trade BA this year instead of trading Deebo last year
we trading just to trade here?

can we trade for good health ?

i would in a heartbeat.

Yes
No point to trade him.

Deebo is a much better football player than Aiyuk

BA is a better pure WR imo, depends what you are asking them to do. Deebo has more dog in him, but that's gonna be the case Deebo vs darn near anybody.

Trey may never come back to Santa Clara. I see him moved during the draft, whether we like it or not.

Ideally would love to get a top 40 pick for Trey. Not sure that happens but if we do get this type of offer it would be tough to say no. The kid has potential but I just don't see the Niners finding playing time for him. While not ideal, if Purdy takes longer to mend, I think Niners brass is comfortable starting Darnold and drafting a rookie QB that mimics Purdy's skill set.

It's a calculated risk for sure. We'd use that top 40 pick on a tackle because if we don't invest in the OL, all of our QBs will get demolished.

Top 40, is very realistic for Trey.

I don't think it is at all

Plus or minus a slot or two, maybe. Realistically, speaking.

Not in my opinion. Most I see a team giving up for Trey is a 4th rounder

The Jets don't want to give up a 1st for Aaron Rodgers cause he may retire after 1 year. Lance hasn't shown he can be a starting QB for a full year in this league and you think a 2nd round pick is a lock. Gardner Minshew went for a 6th round pick and he's shown more than Trey.

Yeah, Dirty was the last pick in the draft and he's shown more than Trey, who was the 3rd overall. Do mean to single out, Trey, but expectations can be a b***h sometimes.

Treys only appeal is potential and a rapidly expiring rookie contract.

Eh! I would agree that Deebo is more well rounded. I believe BA is the better WR.

We could have really capitalized on Deebo's season and got more for him then we possibly could for BA at this point

Yeah, definitely appealing to say the least.

Being a better pure WR means what in a run first offense. Is finding a pure receiver harder than finding a player like Deebo? I mean we hear it in every draft that teams want to find another Deebo.

I'm coming, too. f**k it, the whole Zone is coming. Can't pass on a Red Stripe and time to spend with my compadre NY, for his birthday, that is if, NY will allow me. We're old geezers, so I think, I'm good to go.

not really a run first offense anymore with Brock at the helm

Capitalize in what way. Draft Deebo 2.0 in Treyvon Burks or whatever that kids name was. I will never understand the thought of trading all pros for draft picks.

so I guess the latest IG post proves Trey isnt in Santa Clara?

same. yesterday's Haberman & Middlekauff pod convinced me.

What did they say?

  • team has said Brock is the starter and the leader
  • team says Lance needs PT to improve
  • if Brock is the starter, there's no PT for Lance to improve
  • if they keep Lance and he gets beat out by Sam Darnold, his value plummets immensely
  • the team is taking a risk banking on Brock being healthy but it's a risk theyre willing to take.
  • a good trade with HOU would be Lance + one of the 3rd rd comp picks for HOU's 2nd (33 overall)

to add to the speculation we know Trey is currently in relaxing in Hawaii while Brock and Sam are in Santa Clara OTA'ing

Has it been confirmed that he isn't in Santa Clara? Or are those old pics? If they are old, idk when because I thought he's been in Houston training.
