Dude you said Sam was at the facility and had nothing to prove he was…if we're using IG stories then he was golfing.

it's all stupid.

I mean, by any definition you are spreading false rumors. You can get defensive all you want. That's what you did.

Not just you, but many others have gone on and on about what it says about Trey's character that he's not showing up for his workouts… without any evidence he's actually not there.

Pushed back on brain elasticity posts? WTF are you even talking about? Deflect much?

It's like a little bubble world no here these days. Too much "news" is what ends up spawning "fake news". It's all starting to remind me of CNN and FOX. If there's any merit, why does ESPN not report anything?

My money is still on, Dirty. I think he comes back to his old self if his rehab goes smoothly. I think he's on track to be the starter come opening day. I think the writing has been on the wall for Trey for a while. Hopefully, John and Kyle can find a nice landing spot for him to resserect his career. Don't know if it'll happen now or anytime soon, but within the next two years at least, if Trey comes back to being the same player we seen last year. Just my two cents on the matter. Discuss.

OK I will discuss.

"The writing has been on the wall for Trey for a while".......whats a while to you? And what is the writing on the wall you speak of?

You have no idea if Purdy is on track to start on opening day. Zero idea.

Trey doesnt need his career to be "resurrected." For all intents and purposes, his career hasnt even really started. I am a fan of Brock Purdy and if he can play like he played last season on a consistent basis, I will have no problem with him being our QB. However, if we dump Trey for a poor return just because we have Brock, its gonna be a bad look. And if Trey turns out to be an elite QB elsewhere, I am going to be pissed. But who knows if he ever will get to that point. No one does.

Lastly, can we please stop with the Dirty thing? Its annoying, dumb, and will never catch on.

Lol right? Dude jumped the gun because of bias. Got it wrong. Then deflected about Jimmy It's okay for people to say they got it wrong instead of being defensive about it. We could all be better about that stuff.

FWIW I didn't hear a peep about Sam's IG story from yesterday, where he was golfing with barstool guys. People actually said he was at the facility and had nothing to prove that lol.

just fishing for confirmation bias.

youre wrong dude. you think i have an anti Trey bias because i pushed back on the ridiculous Jimmy posts. there are posts proving my pushback on stupid Trey posts by SD.i would love nothing more for Trey to fulfill his potential. it's just doesn't seem like the 49ers will be the team he can do with now that Brock Purdy has emerged.

i didnt see or hear anything about Sam's IG until today since i dont follow him. i think Sam is INT machine and im not that big of a fan of his, so that's worth nothing to me.

again i have zero bias against Trey. im known to be a homer. you and others OTOH have proven to definitely have a pro Trey bias and that evidence was all over the Jimmy G thread.

If they don't win a SB it probally means Brock wasn't the guy and Kyle chose wrong. Especially if Trey turns out much better than him. It doesn't matter what you do at all the other positions if you can't get the QB position right.

I dont even know what you are speaking on, but if he is your "proof" then its safe to assume the opposite is the truth.

if anyone wants to get rid of Lance for mid round draft picks, well that's their problem.
i predict either Houston or Hotlanta trades for him, or def tries.

I would have bet money on Tenn a week ago. I'm thinking it ends up being the Vikings. They'll dump Cook (probably to MIA) use part of that compensation for Trey.

Personally, I'd like to see Houston for him. They'll give him the time to develop and get the experience he needs without expecting to win.

if the rumor that HOU is not selecting a QB in the 1st rd of the draft is true, it makes sense for them to take a flyer on Trey for the 2023 season. he already knows Bobby Slowik's offense . it also puts him out of the conference.

It makes the most sense, but who knows. It would be good for him and us, if he turns into a stud.

It's been on the wall for Trey since Dirty appeared before us. Need I say more? If Dirty bugs you, I won't use it when we're conversing about him with you. I don't always use it, though, I try to mix it up. I'll respect your feelings about it and call him Purdy or Brock if you like. Thanks, for the discussion response. There, there's one for Dirty. tankle likes to add a little spice to his name, lol. I think Brock or Purdy is a little boring, lol. Not, saying that SteveWallace is boring or anything, I just really like the name for him.

So you're fully on board with any rumor until it's proven false? Because you admit you believed Trey was in Hawaii just chillin while Sam and Brock were working out. Because your previous post was asking if there's any truth to the rumor.. yet your next post just assumes it's accurate.

Mmmkay.

I genuinely have no idea about the brain plasticity thing. But I was criticizing people who brought up the idea that Jimmy was healthy to play in the NFC championship but didn't out of spite, I criticized the idea that Jimmy was happy we lost to the Eagles because he was smiling on the sidelines, I criticized posters who said Trey would perform better than Jimmy his rookie season, and vice versa, I also criticized people who mocked Jimmy's injury. That last one is not speculation but it was cruel how fans rejoiced when Jimmy and Trey got injured. Classless even.

Everyone is allowed to have their opinions of players, but for some reason people are so quick to believe anything negative about Trey without evidence. Apparently the coaches, the players, and the front office all hate Trey. The 49ers want to get rid of Trey, Trey isn't working hard like Sam and Brock, blah blah blah.

This isn't me just making up strawman arguments, you can find recent quotes from posters saying they know all of this stuff to be true.

Thats what I have a problem with. Not believing in Trey's ability is completely fair IMO.

I am going to need you to elaborate on this. Before Purdy appeared for us. OK, so you are talking about October of 2022. What was this writing on the wall?
