Crisis averted. It's a GPS tracker normally worn over or under clothing. I just never saw one of these before and the design makes sense. I guess Trey was just burning up and not trying to make a fashion statement.

I mean this isn't the only reference of SF having one of the easiest schedules in the NFL

How does none of that matter when he talks about all those things when making that graph?

Those stats are what they use to project the win totals of each team. The graph is based on just those projected win totals.

Well Vegas and many other references agree that they have an easy schedule on paper right now.

I was admittedly a little taken aback to see San Francisco come out with the easiest record when I ran the calculation, simply because the NFC West is a pretty tough division. Arizona's average win total is 8.2, LA's is 10.5, and Seattle's is 9.5. There's no easy game in there.

But when you see the 49ers' out-of-division schedule, it all makes sense. The NFC West matches up with the NFC North, which brings at least one (perceived) easy game against Detroit (where the 49ers have opened as 7.5-point favorites in Week 1), and the AFC South, which brings two (perceived) easy games against the Jaguars and Texans. Then their extra three games come against the Eagles, Falcons, and Bengals – the benefit of finishing last in your division the year prior.

Five of San Francisco's 17 games will be played against teams with win 2021 totals lower than seven, while another two come against teams with win totals lower than eight. They only have to deal with two teams whose win totals are greater than ten: the Rams (twice) and Packers. The latter's win total would drop significantly without Aaron Rodgers as well.

I understand all that. Again though, these are based on projected wins. Projected wins aren't a great gauge of how good a team is. For example, Sharp has the Saints and Dolphins with more projected wins than the Cardinals. I can't imagine a world where the Dolphins with Tua nor the Saints with Jameis are a stronger team than the Cardinals this season.

Anyone that believes Kyle will start him over his DREAM QB who runs a 4.4 at 6'4", 226, is clearly no football wizard.

From 12/14/2020:

"I think it's up in the air. I'm waiting to hear from the doctors. When you have the high-ankle sprain that he had, that was worse than everyone else's and it was so close to surgery, the only way we're going to put him back out there is if it's completely healed and he's not at risk of having surgery on it. I don't want to put him out there for the last game or the last two games for him to have a chance to reinjure it and have surgery in the offseason. Until the doctors tell me there's no chance of that, and that has to do with Jimmy pushing himself like he has been doing, having no soreness and things like that, that's when we'll do it. That's why it is a week-to-week thing right now. We've gotten over the hump, but it is a risk, and we're not going to do it if there's a risk. We feel talking to Jimmy and the doctors there's a risk this week, so we'll put it off another week, see how it goes. He's rehabbing as hard as anyone can. We'll reevaluate it next Monday."

I've seen the bolded statement being thrown around in here with absolutely no proof of KS being pissed. I just every time I see it. People really like to make up s**t in here.

I actually think Phins and Saints are as good as AZ but that's kinda a subjective take.

yeah I get what you're saying though

I don't put a lot of faith in pre season schedule rankings. They're based on last years records and we all know teams fortunes can change a lot form one year to the next. The Niners are a perfect example. They could easily win 8 more games this year if they stay relatively healthy. I'm sure there will be other teams that are better this year and some that aren't as good. I wait until mid season before judging who is playing the easiest or toughest schedule.

True, that's why saying Trey would/wouldn't have a easy schedule at this point is kinda meaningless.
Don't care about strength of schedule before the season. That's never indicative of how the league will be the following year.

All I care about is us staying healthy. I think we have the talent and coaching to take out anyone in our way. Only game on our schedule I think at this point(so much can change by then) that is really setup for us to fail is the Tennessee game considering it's short week TNF across the country.

repost.

Still a sports bra. The tracker should be in the sports cup, radiation be damned.

If it helps keep these guys healthy, they can wear it wherever

I don't think Kyle was pissed because of this. I think he just had enough of losing because his QB can't stay healthy. I think we're past the point of "running QBs get injured alot." That's been proven not to be true. It's the guys who can't move out of the way that's the issue.
