It just seems like major overreacting over a first preseason game, coming back from a major injury where he hasn't played in almost a year.

im just letting you know Shanny sees something in him.

Trey can easily change the discussion over the next two games. it's really up to him to do it tho.

But Shanny sees something in Trey too. So not sure what he needs to do to change the discussion in that regard.

if Trey continues to show hesitation over the next two weeks, Brandon Allen is very much in the QB3 discussion.

OK? That in no way shape or form has anything to do with the statement "Kyle sees something in Trey"

Trey would cost the team $10M if he's on the roster in 2024. that's a lot of money for a backup QB

if they decide to trade him at the end of this preseason, it would save the team $9M over the next two years (2023 & 2024)

David Lombardi reported today on his YouTube report that cutting Trey Lance would actually be more expensive to the team this year than carrying him. But I agree he will be gone next year unless something changes dramatically, or if someone makes an appealing trade offer this year, which Lombardi though was not realistic.

So Kyle might play Brock for a series or two, then sam for the remainder of the second half. If Brock doesn't play, Sam will get the entire second half.

looks like Lance will either play the entire second half or just the third. My guess is it'll just be the third. Unless he doesn't get many plays cause of how the quarter plays out - I can see him getting some reps in the fourth.

Yeah. The dead deal cost and it would accelerate his guaranteed money.

Yeah. Getting an appealing offer is unrealistic, considering his performance thus far.

KS10 and the rest of the managements surely are CLUELESS if they believed that Trey Lance is a STAR in year 3..

NO matter what B-Rock did last year, the honest truth is it still was NOT enough to say he's going to be the ONE..

The honest truth is that Kyle has already concluded that Brock is the Real Deal.

OK?? my comment that Kyle sees some in Allen was in response to TreyDey asking why is this nobody (Allen, in his eyes) is even on the team. you just butted in with an obvious comment. something everyone has already heard Kyle say publicly.

KS10 can say what he wants, bottom line is Darnold may just be the BEST QB we have at the moment..
