I thought so but I didn't want to post sometbing controversial like that if it was a prankster account. I'm new to X. Never had it until recently when I wanted camp updates. Lol so I'm like an old man on there

I don't think I agree about Brock. I think Purdy does have this ability. IDK about Sam though.

Stupid comment and of course grant likes it

"I'll take people who know nothing about football for 800, Alex". What a god awful comment by that dude. But, it pontificates against Kyle so of course Cohn likes it.

oh, take away Christian McCaffrey - don't let him throw to CMC? BRILLIANT!!! This man has cracked the code. Don't know why teams haven't thought of that for a few years now. Don't let Christian McCaffrey catch passes.....check. If only this kind of savant thinking was around in Marshall Faulk's days.....

What stupidity. Guess teams missed the strategy playing against Steve Young all those years - don't let him throw the ball to Jerry Rice.....
Tough break for Trey, though I honestly doubt this is a surprise. Keep working to get better.
What a fuggin disaster

He is basically saying he knows exactly what is going on in Trey's brain every second of a game

An overwhelming majority of people "Trey Fan Club" are simply saying its too early to make definitive statements about his future. I mean seriously. Who are you fighting with? Trey doesnt have a cult fanbase on this board. Most people just want him to be given a chance before he is labeled.

Here is a definitive future statement, his contract is up after next season. He will enter his year 3 as a backup. I think that alone, that he's in year 3 of 4, and we invested 3 ones for a backup, means this is a bust.

And I think its beyond stupid to label anyone a bust before they have had an opportunity to prove it one way or the other.

3 years is the opportunity. You either play your way on the field or you don't.

So Aaron Rodgers was a bust in Green Bay? He didnt get on the field in his first 3 years.

The silver lining is that just because he's QB3 right now, doesn't mean he will remain there all year. Darnold has $1M riding on being active on game day, so he better hope he holds onto it.

From QB1 to QB3 in a year, that's tough man. I hope he keeps his spirits up.
Hope wherever he goes, he gets the chance to play and become a good QB. Damn shame

If true shanahan and Lynch must not be allowed to ever evaluate a qb again.
Throwing 3 firsts out of the window and giving up on the player without ever seeing him in a rythm of games. Wow

I originally thought Lance would be QB2 but after watching the two pre season games, I thought it was pretty clear Lance wasn't going to get it.

idk If we trade him though. I always said that if we did, it would be around this time but I'm not sure

Personally, I still feel the way I did a few days ago. I said this on my podcast last night but I think Darnold will be game-day QB2 as a guy to finish out a game if needed. However, if Brock were to suffer a serious injury, like Lance last year, then I think Lance is the guy. Basically, resume the development schedule of 2022. If Brock were to get injured late in the year, a la Jimmy, then I think Darnold is the guy.

Fact is, Lance needs a runway of games to take-off and get acclimated to the NFL. They had the potential for that last year if he started all year to get going by playoff time. That was the goal.
I wonder if he is being "difficult" behind the scenes.
I'm surprised..

is this the real rapoport?

Yup, man they're really gonna move him.

Sam Darnold clearly outplayed Trey, so this is not a surprising new at all. Not sure why many people in this forum refusing to connect all the dots.

Love is actually looking really good so far as well, and people completely wrote him off. Most fans have zero clue what they are talking about and just post their opinion. Which is fine, but they are pretty mental when they try to pass it off as a fact
