Im so disappointed for Trey. For the current regime's sake, he had better not flourish in Dallas. Him doing so will bring exponentially more drama than keeping him would have.

They were keeping them before to go watch Lance hold a clipboard?

I hoped they would keep him longer. Dude worked hard in the off season to improve his mechanics. This probably led to waaay too much thinking in Game situations, and caused him to be too late in his reads and throws.

It takes time to internalize this change so that it is Automatic. They weren't willing to wait.

Probably work out long term for him in a different situation. He wasn't going to get enough reps here as #3 to incorporate the changes.

Hope this doesn't end up like another Trade we made with the Cowboys awhile back…..
