From our fanbase? The hate for Jones was absolutely deafening.

I really wish we still had Harbaugh.
Shanalynch is really making a mockery of our organization.

The most hilarious takes are the folks who think Lance is going to all of a sudden become elite and beat us in the playoffs lol

Was stupid to trade up for him. Stupid to give up after him only playing in 8 games. Stupid to trade him to Dallas of all places. Just bad management from every aspect.
So he should start over Brock?

He knows exactly what he was doing. He ran Lance until Lance got injured. Jimmy always gets injured so just play it normally with Jimmy. All that so Kyle can play the 7th round rookie without any "wtf?" from the fans.

Like I said all off-season that year. For Lance to get to Justin Fields level he had to make a leap and then you needed him to make another leap after that. It's asking a lot. 49ers never were fully in on him and it was always going to end up this way.

Wtf does Josh Johnson have to do with this discussion? Is the guy who filled in for Trent still on this roster? And how much did it affect the offense?

How to you give up 2 first round picks and draft a QB number 3 overall and never give him a chance?

So wait. Do we get his cap space back?
Here's what the Cowboys will owe Trey Lance over the next two seasons:
— Field Yates (@FieldYates) August 25, 2023
2023: $940,000
2024: $1.55M salary, $4.255M roster bonus
A total of $6.745M fully guaranteed over two years for an intriguing prospect as a Dak insurance policy.

How's NY85 doing? I'm thinking about him. Good dude. No one deserved this
He's buying a Dallas jersey for Lance right now
Probably.
You guys are being so dumb. All NY wanted was for Lance to have a chance. He isnt a Lance super stan like you guys are trying to make him out to be.
Most of us wanted Lance to have a chance. His chance was the start of last season. Purdy playing great prevented them from being able to do it again this year. It just wouldn't have been fair to the other players on the team to sit the best QB. And then Lance not being able to win the 2nd QB job really ended things. It's unfortunate, but maybe he'll get his chance now in Dallas. Very unlikely to be this season, though. He'll, Dallas could flip him to another team next offsrason before he even plays one snap with them for all we know.
