I'm sure grant would say the same. I'm sure he'd make sure to prioritize the offensive line to protect your soon to be star qb. Only a smart coach would do that.
Kyle and Lynch spoke very highly of Lance after the trade. They even said they take full responsibility of it not working out and felt they let Lance down.

It's kind of disappointing how fans are going at Lance. Lance is a complete class act. Good luck to him with Dallas and even though I hate Dallas - I hope he thrives there.

Why would Trey want to go to Dallas....on the surface that looks like LESS opportunity then on the 49ers.

At least on the 49ers you have a one year wonder and a guy who has bounced around the league. They both might be studs who knows...... we have 7 good games on Purdy, and 6 or so ok games from Sam to close out last year.

Who knows what happens to Dak in the future, but right now odds are Trey is not going to learn a new system and unseat Dak and Cooper Rush this year...

I am wondering this too

As far as Kyle being overrated..I mean, naa. But I have been frustrated with some of his play calling here and there and clock management lol. He does seem a bit cocky but it's the NFL. Competition is fierce and Brock seems to flourish and feeds off of that really high bar. He also got healthy in the time he needed to. Unfortunately, for Lance, injuries really set him back and that sucks but it is what it is. Just the way the cards were dealt.

Your second paragraph is on the money. But I would say Kyle has choked in the SB. His play calling has been ordinary in some big games.

Overrated? Top 3 coach in the league is overrated now I guess.

I would say top 3 play caller but not overall head coach. Makes way too many mistakes with personnel that he didn't want. Mac would not have been better and we did not need to move up to get Mac, either way there's a mistake.

Overall the drafting has been pretty good here since Kyle and Lynch arrived. Sure there are some duds but that is the draft crap shoot. The reason we can move on from Trey without it being a major disaster is because they have drafted very well and landed on their feet picking Purdy.

Some duds? Lol they've hit on 2 of the first rounders and Bosa was an easy gimme pick. They've gotten LUCKY with the late round gems thanks to scouting team. Other than that, they have yet to win and the clock is ticking before big changes are needed. You don't just waste 3 picks on a dude and then trade the dude for nothing. Lol what a total waste of 3 years.

Lol it was my nice way of saying he choked haha. That last 7 mins or so with the KC game, I mean how does that even happen? Brain fog? Lol. I was so mad lol..got my celebratory drinks going on, then bam. Lol. Hopefully, Kyle won't get the fog again lol. I am sure he learned from it.
I hate Dallas.

I feel for Trey. I think he has been extremely unlucky/hard done by. I hate that he's at Dallas, but I hope he does well and a little part of me wants him to prove Kyle (and his ego) wrong. Hopefully Purdy is the next Tom Brady and makes it a non issue for us
IN BEFORE THE MOVE

It's simple. Kyle and the team wanted him to stay but trey didnt want to be here anymore. So who let who down? Who betrayed who? From my view it seems the team did trey a solid. They didnt have to trade him, they wanted him. Trey didnt want to be here. Just let this thread die or lock it now. He isnt even on the team. He didnt want to be here and now hes on our arch enemy. We dont need to root for this dude

Go be a fan somewhere else then.

Every team has missed the boat on players in the draft. I'm tired of people saying crap like "they could had Mahomes or whoever". Yup you're right and so could the other teams that passed on them as well. The draft is going to have hits and duds. Let me guess, you would of drafted all the players who have turned into studs at this point and win us for Superbowl by now? Nope.

they haven't won? Yea we haven't won the Superbowl but we have been winning. Do you not remember the Tomsula era? Chip Kelly era? Your telling me that last year we went on like a ten game win streak but we're not winning. Not to mention we weren't using our back but our back ups back up to do it. Played in Superbowl and two out the nfc championships. But we're not winning.

If the last three years have been a waste then your not even a fan. Move on.
