Not sure how true this is but I heard some Cowboy player was hosting a victory party prior to the game and 4 others were hosting a party the day before the game. The Cowboys thought all they had to do was show up. And then they got kicked in the teeth on both sides of the ball.

Deebo said to Parson after the Kittle 'f**k Dallas' shirt incident, a rematch with Dallas could be worse. He ain't wrong. Packers with similar offense scored 48 points on the Cowboys.

Cowboy fans should be thinking this is a total win for them. They get eliminated by the Packers instead of their 1 true rival and it would've been worst had we played them.

Remembered Kyle told Brock this past off-season they will get Brady if they can. I wondered if Kyle told Trey about that as well.

Brock might not be healthy to start the season and even if he can play, nobody really knew whether missing the whole off season would have significantly impact his play. We can now used hindsight and think getting Brady would be a mistake, but at that time there was way too much question mark on Brock's availability on a loaded roster. I had been a Brock stronger supporter since late last season, but I really thought he is likely going to have a sophomore slump due to the injury recovery.
For Trey, getting Brady makes no sense. He could be behind Brady and Brock and has no realistic chance to compete for QB2. So I agree that could be the reason Trey wanted out. Kyle was clearly completely done with him after he got injured in week 2 of last season.
