Leaf was talented, but obviously was a huge headache. I don't think Russell was that talented. Good for the college game, but for the NFL dude had no accuracy, couldn't read a defense, just all around bad.

The key difference is Leaf and/or Russell imploded in the glare of the NFL spotlight. Trey just hasn't been very good.
