I think the biggest problem with Lance was his inexperience. He just hadn't played enough games. Compare his experience with Purdy. Not even close and it shows. Then instead of letting him learn for a year he ws forced into action when JG got hurt again.

I think it would have been good for him to get experience playing in CFL. Dude needs reps. Unless he's given up on trying to be a starter and just wants to be on a team and accepted being a career backup

Well, sitting and learning hasn't proven beneficial for him at all so far. Dude wants to sit and earn, not learn. No respect for that.
