Also if Jimmy struggles at all, Kyle won't hesitate to pull him because he has his new toy to replace him at any moment. Jimmy is going to have to be atleast 2019 Jimmy to keep his job and 2019 Jimmy with this current roster is good enough to win the division.
I hear you. I guess that's were we disagree then. Even with this roster I don't think we can win this division with Jimmy. Everyone else is too good now, and it seems like the book is out on Jimmy.

Have you not been paying attention to the NFC West the several years? you think that the analysts are calling it the best division again in footballs just for clicks?

Sorry idk what got into me there talking objective. What I meant to say is, Hahaha seacuks suck. Lol Lambs are losers. Tardinals midget QB is suxor. 49ers greatest team ever. Emoji emoji emoji
The QB who gives the Niners the best chance to win
Jimmy G:
Pros: experience, consistent winner, great release, very effective in 3rd down
Cons: deep ball accuracy, most of his throws are in the middle of the field or short, inconsistent footwork, injury prone
Trey:
Pros: elite skill set, has demonstrated in camp to be less turnover-prone than jimmy, needs reps/game experience, road game vs. poor opponent means there won't be booing in the stands if he struggles
Cons: may lose because of lack of experience with situational football, Trey bombing out of the gate would be devastating for the front office
Week 1:
Jimmy Starts week 1: likely to win the game, avoid Trey bombing out of the gate, Jimmy's trade value improves, the Smith/Mahomes blueprint
Lance Starts week 1: Lance is more skilled than Jimmy, Jimmy is 1-2 in the first games of the season and played marginal, begin the new regime out of the gate against two weaker opponents so Lance has some game experience before the tougher teams.

Your argument was that there's nobody else good in the division. Stop trying to change your arguments around all the time. News flash, division games are usually tough, but that's not a barometer of how bad a team is if they don't dominate their division, especially if that division is tough.

i didn't change anything. We are still the top dog in our div.
if you want to put them on a pedestal above us, go ahead

You just did it again lmao. Just bc I don't agree with your extreme homer opinion that there are no good teams in this division, doesn't mean I think they are so much better than us.

you changed this. The argument was our div. only. not about how div is perceived against the entire league.
I agree we have the best div. but this argument is between our div only.
The Cawks, Lambs and Tards are not "too good" as if we don't belong or can't match up like the seahawk troll is portraying
I was impressed w/ how Trey Lance answered my ? re: handoff work:
"One ball on the ground is too many. I take the blame for any QB-center exchange or QB-running back exchange. That's on me. If I don't get them the ball or keep the ball, at the end of the day, that's on the QB."
Lance could've easily given the boilerplate "we just need to continue working on timing/reps" answer, but he clearly went out of his way to shoulder responsibility/protect his teammates.
(And there haven't been any read-option fumbles in a few days, by the way)
Trey Lance on situational struggles: "It didn't go as well as I would have liked. It was a no-brainer situation. Obviously, I didn't make the right decision w/ the ball.. Just continuing to learn as much as I can from those situations. I'm thankful we get to do that drill again."
