Yessir, no question. Listen to them talk about Sermon it hasn't shown up in games but he's been one of their best performers this offseason.

If it hasn't shown up In games, then he's not good to begin with.

Imo, we have five other Rbs on the team who are better than this guy.

This

consider me naive, but isn't the whole point to show up in games?

Who is "them" and what did "them" say? Cause I ain't heard them, they, those, this, that put Sermon and "best performer" in the same sentence. Maybe you should actually WATCH the games, pay attention to the names on the players backs along with the numbers (more often than not, they are usually different) and you may get a semblance of what is going on when you WATCH the different players play (perform).

Mason>Sermon

Anyone with a working pair of eyes can see that. Faithful must need better glasses. Lol

and this is coming from someone who wanted to draft Sermon. He hesitates waayy to much to be a fit in this system.

Mitchell Wilson Mason TDP in that order.

As for the OL, It's been an Issue for awhile. No one Is saying we need Pro bowlers at every position, but they could and should have done more to fix the problems we see before us.

All I'm saying is that it's easy to find the weak spot then place blame on not "fixing it". People need to see that we are super strong at other positions because resources were prioritized there. The offensive line probably could be stronger but something else like the D line would suffer.

WB, I've said it hasn't shown in the games which we all can see, but KS, JL, Wilson and many others are saying he's been looking great behind the scenes. Let me quote the man himself.. Mr GM..

He worked incredibly hard and had a tremendous offseason. Hasn't showed up in the games, but throughout training camp has been one of our best players.

Could it not be possible they're trying to trade him? That should be obvious to you but I guess everything the FO says should be taken at face value, right?

John Lynch on Buckner: 'We want DeForest to be a Niner for a long, long time'

I don't understand how you can believe Sermon is better than our backup RBs when you admit you haven't actually seen it.

Our backup RBs.. you can find guys like that.. recall we found Mostert who was cut by everybody.. these other guys will be there if Sermon doesn't pan out.. give TS a chance this year he'll do it.

100%. Mason has looked faster, more powerful, more decisive, and way more explosive. See also, preseason ypc: Mason 5.8. Semon 1.7. Cut bait, move on with the better prospect.
Sermon gonna be in the RB mix this year
Waste of a spot IMO.
Fine with keeping Sermon.

Has he flashed? Not really but he looks more decisive and bigger. Rewatching the games he wasnt helped out allot but could of made better decisions. The talent is there its just whether he is going to be this "potential" RB that falls to shoestrings or dances or if he can break through that. He's definitely cleaned up his dancing, the rest we will find out soon enough.

Edit: this was one of their day 2 picks and he put in effort. We all know Shannalynch shows too much allegiance to players but at least this one put in the work. Dont really mind him taking Hasty's spot if he doesnt dress, not the biggest loss. Just happy they can always find a Mason if a failed drafted RB doesnt work out lol. And yeah we all know, why the F draft a RB that early when there are late round gems. The only argument I have for that is that Clinton Portis got turned into Champ Bailey under his daddy... you find an opportunity like that you keep trying to strike gold after that.
