Good. Dude was garbage before they drafted him. Whoever traded 2 picks to grab him should never be allowed to draft again.

I believe that was Kyle.

I agree, he should be banned from drafting his crushes.

It was not Kyle's crush. Both Mitchell and Trey Sermon was crushes of our former RB coach who is on sabbatical.
Sermon will patiently wait for a new opportunity to open up have no doubt

Just think that when his opportunity opens he will hesitate and not be decisive about hitting it
great value Trent Richardson
He may still comeback on the practice squad to the chagrin of many a webzoner.

As a Buckeye fan I hated this pick.

What about the Clemson game man?

Outside of the Northwestern and Clemson game he was mediocre. Wasn't even the starter the whole season. Those 2 games were legendary tho

As another Buckeye fan to be fair it seemed like it took him some time to adjust to a new system and his new surroundings. He didn't run and didn't look like the player he was at Oklahoma that they wanted until later in the season.

He didn't look like the guy Kyle and the Niners wanted until... well apparently as it turns out ever.

I mean it doesn't/didn't bode well for him that he couldn't just step in and make an impact when going to a new place or the next level. Maybe he has issues with processing things on the field. Don't know what kind of student he was and can't find a wonderlic on him right off the bat. Not saying he's an idiot either but I just don't know.

Maybe he winds up having some modicum of success elsewhere. Guys who are consistently graded as having great contact balance and it takes several guys to bring them down and who run hard don't have the problems he was reported to have unless he's just overthinking things in a system he wasn't used to.

Really shouldn't have bird any kind of rare. Jus sayin
Something has to give when we picked up the OL. Now we know, Mason was ahead of Sermon on the depth chart.

Still, would have like and exp. center that could start than a swing everything.

Agree

I could see this too. If he's as bad as people claim then he'll go, um, unclaimed.

If he has the potential that Kyle, Lynch, and others thought, he might be back where he can continue to learn and hopefully get better. And given what happened to our backs last year it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world to have a guy that has some experience here vs. trying to bring in other failures off the street as we did on multiple occasions last year.

Waste of a spot IMO.

Yup. The FO just didnt want to admit they f'd up so they kept him

that's our COACH !!!

Not sure if I should serve the crow now seeing he made the team.. or if we should wait for games to be played.. for a larger helping.

Sorry 6 but
So when Lynch was pumping him up last week, we can assume his was inflating his value holding to trade him.
