Let's hope Trey can hit the hole faster than Carlos ever did.😏

I wish. Hyde didn't dance. He hit every hole hard and fast looking to run someone over and he had just enough speed to get to the outside.

He just couldn't really catch or run routes but he was leagues above any healthy RB we had last week.

Hyde didn't hit the hole fast. Are you kidding me?🥴

He doesn't seem to have much for speed or agility and is built like a bigger back but yet isn't physical like a bigger back. Not a good combo. Very early but I'm not sure I see much of anything special with him.

Carlos Hyde. You just described Carlos Hyde. If you'll excuse me, I'll be out back puking my guts out.

I'll follow you🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

Sermon ran a 4.58 at his pro day. Carlos Hyde ran a 4.62. I found this article on him. Interesting advice from his strength and conditioning coach.

A slow start at Ohio State turned into stardom: Sermon transferred to Ohio State in 2020 after spending three seasons at Oklahoma in hopes of finding more playing time. It didn't happen at first, as Sermon was a bit sluggish on the field while splitting carries with running back Master Teague. Sermon was frustrated but got some good advice from his mentor, strength and conditioning coach Tuna Burnahan.

"He felt like he was at Oklahoma again and that no one knew his worth," Burhanan told Sports Illustrated. "I told Trey, I said … they're just not giving you an opportunity, but don't let that hinder you. It makes you run slow and run like a robot and you've got to get that out of you. He just stopped thinking, changed his attitude at practice and his position on the team and in life in general."
I thought Sermon ran well Sunday. Nobody on our team were able to really get going. GB DLine and their Defense all around played hungry.

He'll get better - just needs to get into a groove.

Yeah, definitely needs more touches.

I hope everyone sees how much attention George Kittle had on this play. It literally opened up half of the field because everyone was watching George Kittle. What a brilliant play

If you pause that play at second 2, you will see 9 packers within 5 yards of the line of scrimmage. 8 packers within three yards, including a blitzer 3 yards behind the line. That should be easy money for Kyle. But it took him an entire half to figure it out. If he figured it out early, we wouldn't have seen that so much.

First, no one can run into that consistently. Not Gale Sayers Emmett Smith or Trey Sermon.

Second, can jimmy audible out of the play if he has a beater in mind?

Jesus. no mitchell so this guy is our bell cow again... he was terrible last week.. and i do not wan to hear.. but but he was so much better in the second half.. no he was not.. he had one decent run.... kyle had other guys like cannon he could have at least tried but no. i hope if we come out unable to run the ball again with this guy,, kyle will stop being stubborn. loyal. dumb. whatever and get someone else in there. and if indeed stack the box like they should. then jimmy. kyle or whoever the f**k is in charge of the offense will adjust and not just set there and take it like a whimp like we did last week
He's been giving us good yards on first and second down, the most encouraging thing tho is that Shanny has trusted him a lot more today. Doesnt seem to have that home run potential but hopefully him and Mitchell should make a good duo when they play together
