Didn't activate him today. Mitchell is questionable. I guess we get Wilson and his 3.8 yards per carry.

I feel like it means Mitchell will play.
Yeah, I've never seen a questionable player not play.

I thought he was on IR and hasn't been activated?

Mitchell didn't go to IR, that's Sermon.

I will never write someone off after 1 season, but I was thoroughly unimpressed with Sermon last season. I hope he can make strides next season because he was borderline useless as a rookie.

Odd pick to be sure. Not Joe Williams off the charts dumb, but a head scratcher.
Last season was a huge disappointment. I think he has a big jump in year two like Jauan Jennings.

Nah, I trust that Kyle learned from the Joe Williams experiment.

Im still pumped for this kid. He had some good tape in a tough conference.

Surprised that stiff wind didn't injure him

I wonder if a little tutelage from Anthony Lynn might be the what's missing to get the light to go on so to speak. Maybe where Taylor couldn't succeed with this kid to date, Lynn can.

Sometimes a different teaching style or approach to it, is what is needed.

We aren't guaranteed anything but rooting for the kid to succeed.

Sermon has the talent, just needs to put it all together. Hopefully, Lynn can help un tap it.

Who knows, maybe Sermon had something going on behind the scene that he was dealing with his rookie year.

Maybe seeing UDFA in Mitchell succeed in Kyle's system lights a fire under his ass to come in ready to take on a bigger role.
