Maybe he's learning not to bite as much and staying more disciplined.
I was on the cut Ambry bandwagon, but not anymore, he's looked real good the past 2-3 games, looks more disciplined as you said.
most of the fanbase gives on up talented young guys way too quickly if we are being honest...

It really looked like the coaching staff had too. He was benched and there was talk of him not even making the team in camp. Like Womack, I never understood why he lost his job so quickly. Both of them were playing well and then had 1 game that wasn't solid and to the bench they went.
Ambry and Deebo were the 2 biggest reasons we even made the playoffs in 2021.

It's a good thing we paid a lot of patience with this guy. His play this year compared to last year is night and day. He made a significant improvement and he's started to make an impact. I also noticed his humble demeanor when during the interview he said that his focus is just to keep improving himself and to keep getting better. He said he still has long ways to go. Shout out to Lynch and Shanahan on this pick.

if it's AJ / Ward, that means Smith is on Ambry Island

Props to Ambry today on a great game, I love the way he's managing to look back for the ball and play the hands simultaneously.

What a difference maker it was to put him in the lineup. Wow. He's been absolutely great.

Something clicked with Ambry! He use to be in good position to defend but would never looked back and would get the PI. I hope he keeps this up, I love seeing players we draft that grow with our team.

Ambru and DMO are developing so nicely. Proud of both of them. Wilks did a great job coaching them up and they're gonna get better.

Thomas is really coming on! Like the way he battles out there. What a difference it's made in the secondary putting him in and taking Oliver out.

Oliver just don't have the athleticism anymore to play at a high level in coverage nowadays. I really believe if he wants to continue to have an NFL career, it will have to be at Safety.
