This is Jerry Jones' MO. He hires an experienced guy of questionable quality to groom his next intended HC. As a condition of his being hired, he agreed to keep Kellen Moore as OC. This year, Kellen is calling All the offensive plays. That had to come from Jerry.

NFL refs are complete trash. The league dictates what gets called and for what team. The selective officiating is a huge turnoff.
