It isn't a terrible job whatsoever and it isn't a tough division atm, should be able to sell top candidates for both GM and HC. Time will tell if they F it up or not though.

Giants went from one of the most stable franchises, having only had 5 head coaches from 1983 to 2015 to hiring/firing every two years.

Yeah it's a great market….that roster is poop though. No OL, no QB, bloated contracts.
I think Joe Schoen ends up as the GM and he hires Brian Daboll. A lot of fans here want that
Would inherit a very talented defense. Makes a lot of sense. https://t.co/Lvh3U8Jd9j

Yeah, that one sealed his fate. Not to mention losing their last 6 games(3 of which were beat downs from division Opponents). The last two games were beatdowns from the helpless Bears and WFT. That is a sign that he lost his football team down the stretch. You cant sell another year of that guy to their fan base. He left them no choice. I said this when I heard they had an interest in Peters. Right now the NYG is probably in the worst position for the future out of all 32 teams in the NFL. Who would want to go to that dumpster fire?

I disagree. Daniel Jones has shown athleticism and took strides to get the turnovers down. He's only 24. You got Saquon, Toney. That's a pretty strong triplets. Need help on the line but you have free agency and two top 10 picks. D is pretty solid. If you want your own QB you could probably flip Jones for more picks.

New report indicates Brian Flores was on some kind of power trip.
Makes sense .... but he over achieved all 3 years IMO
Never agreed with the decision to draft Tua with such a high pick. That said, they did. The kid deserves more than a one-year shot to prove his worth. It takes a long time and a lot of bumps in the road before you transition into a bonafide star in this league. Everyone wants the next Patrick Mahomes, or instant brilliance and playoff spots plus championships. In most cases it just doesn't happen that fast.
I can remember Bill Walsh when he pushed for and eventually received the kind of roster control he wanted, with exceptions. But Walsh had won two Super Bowl Championships at that point. Brian Flores hasn't won anything. Yet. Then again, I'm also not sure if the "Flores Control" story was real, or just a plant job.
