Raiders and Vikings should find a new one easily. Dolphins, I don't know, any coach should avoid a franchise that fired its HC after two winning seasons due to a power struggle and where a GM should have been fired instead.
Broncos are a QB away from being a playoff-contender.

Raiders-Harbs/Flores or keep the same dude now
Phins-Daboll (worked with Tua at Bama)
Vikings-Peterson
NY-Martindale?

He might've still be the HC had he just send in 2 consecutive run plays. No one would fault him with the qb he has in that game. But the dude was just too lazy, gives no f**k, and told his qb to sneak twice lol

I don't remember a HC got fired by playcall until Joe Judge lol

The problem with these ex-NE guys is that they think they can act like, run their program like Belichick without the pedigree, the credentials to back it up (as a HC). People will put up with a hardass if you have the pedigree and the team is winning.

Mike Vrabel is like the total opposite, total player's coach.

Not having the qb position locked down, will do that.

I don't think Kliff Kingsbury is some rock star coach, but he has Kyler. I think Rhule is a great coaching prospect, but he doesn't have a qb and looks like s**t.

I bet they would prefer an offensive mind given they need to figure out the QB position.

But a defensive mind can be a good hiring if he has the ability and know how to assemble a strong offensive staff.

I hope someone poaches Joseph and at least one of the Cards executives. Anything that can potentially weaken our rivals is fine by me.
