Since Cris Petersen is retired, I won't include his name here..
But below would be my coaching team for next year...
HC - PJ Fleck;
DC - Mike Zimmer or Brian Flores (whichever one is available)

Hearing from a reliable source Jim Harbaugh will tell the team today / tomorrow he is leaving to be the head coach of the Miami Dolphins. Could have taken the Minnesota job. Preferred Miami. ( outside chance Michigan pays over the top and he stays ) but bet on Miami.

I get that, but just because your highly sought after doesnt make you qualified to develop a QB.
When was the last time a Defensive minded coach was able to develop a young QB? Aside from Belichick, Pete Carrol, who can you say has had success?

The #Vikings plan to fly in Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh for an interview Wednesday in Minnesota, per sources.

The sides spoke Saturday to gauge Harbaugh's interest in the head coaching job. Now, another big step towards Harbaugh potentially returning to the NFL.

#49ers DC DeMeco Ryans declined a second interview with the #Vikings, per source, opting to further his development in San Francisco.

So four remain in Minnesota's head coaching search: #Rams OC Kevin O'Connell and DC Raheem Morris, #Giants DC Patrick Graham and Jim Harbaugh. https://t.co/gNRjqHExYf

Harbaugh would be wise to go to Minnesota. Green Bay looks to be on the downswing and the lions and bears are still in rebuild mode.

You don't have to be an offensive minded HC to develop a QB. OCs and QB coaches are more influential in that area.

It will be interesting if they can work some magic to land Deshawn Watson. I read that 15 of the witnesses pulled by that lawyer friend of the Texans owner have pleaded the 5th and are not talking.
Harbaugh and Watson going to the Dolphins would be a strong move. Makes sense that they dropped Flores who should be a HC.
