When was the last time a Defensive minded coach was able to develop a young QB? Aside from Belichick, Pete Carrol, who can you say has had success?

Cowher in Pittsburgh (Big Ben)
Mike Smith in Atlanta (Ryan)
John Harbaugh in Baltimore (Lamar)
Ron Rivera in Carolina (Cam)

The #Vikings plan to fly in Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh for an interview Wednesday in Minnesota, per sources.

The sides spoke Saturday to gauge Harbaugh's interest in the head coaching job. Now, another big step towards Harbaugh potentially returning to the NFL.

Harbaugh would be wise to go to Minnesota. Green Bay looks to be on the downswing and the lions and bears are still in rebuild mode.

You don't have to be an offensive minded HC to develop a QB. OCs and QB coaches are more influential in that area.

I like that. Their owner will fck him up.

It will be interesting if they can work some magic to land Deshawn Watson. I read that 15 of the witnesses pulled by that lawyer friend of the Texans owner have pleaded the 5th and are not talking.

Harbaugh and Watson going to the Dolphins would be a strong move. Makes sense that they dropped Flores who should be a HC.

Apparently he landed Luke Getsy from Green Bay as his OC. Getsy is a guy who has a rising coaching profile. He is going to be in charge of developing Justin.
