Going from 2 to 6 on a bad team isn't terrible. You have to give coaches in those circumstances 3 or 4 years. Otherwise a lot of coaches would be fired, including Kyle Shanahan who regressed (6 wins in year 1 to 4 wins in year 2). Blindly looking at records without considering the circumstances leads to poor evaluation.
