Freakin sucks. Of course my greedy self wants all of them. Basically keep the edge guys, guys that can play inside and out, and then we work on getting our interior depth to equal our edge depth with a day 3 pick or two. I always figured Ebukam would be the one to price himself out. It really sucks because I like him as a starter, but Drake Jackson is coming along nicely so in theory they may have his replacement. I don't see the replacement for Omenihu on this team and he could be cheaper.

Yeah I think Omenihu would be cheaper, but still a lot of football left to be played.

Yes Drake Jackson has really played well, he's developing nicely.

Agreed. Omenihu has become a fine part of the rotation. He does everything solid, and looks to be getting better, and only 25. If Ebukam prices himself out, then retaining Omenihu is a priority. Hopefully Omenihu's comments about liking it in SF makes him want to come back, but money talks.
He's playing really solid football. I think he our second best All-Around DE behind Bosa right now

He was good in the PO. His second half against the Cowboys was excellent.
He keeps improving game after game. John Lynch made two solid moves last year with Omenihu and Jordan Willis.
MVP of the game for sure

He had a sack/fumble
He caused the game sealing int

2 turnovers (the fumble we didn't recover but still)

Ekubam is probably gone and we sign him instead for much cheaper

Agreed. He had a Dominate game last night

I feared the worst when he went down with an injury. Then he comes back to help seal the game. He needs to be a priority signing, or, have Koceruk find the next Kerry Hyder/Arden Key/Omenihu.

My initial thought was "damn, out for the season"…

then he comes up with the play of the game.

Yeah initially it looked really bad. When I saw them stretching it out though on the sideline I knew it wasn't too bad.

We lose guys every game for the season it seems like so this was a nice surprise.

#10a12

For real though. I thought the same. Gipson did this weird twist and I thought he was done for good as well. Two weeks in a row...arrow up after the games!
Possibly be re-signed for cheap? Any real interest for Omenihu in the off-season?
Hopefully whatever kept him out isn't a big deal. He's a huge part of the rotation.
