These types of domestic squabbles always come down to he said/she said. She says he pushed her down. Was she trying to attack him and he just pushed her away? Was she in his face screaming about something and he pushed her away causing her to fall? There'a no indication that he attacked her. If all he did was push her away during an argument that's a pretty weak case.

Agree. No physical evidence either and declined medical attention. Cost to resign him just went down

Not gonna lie it's happen to me, angry crazy gf wants to slap and punch you and you use the swim move and she falls and makes a massive deal about it

For what?
She said he pushed her down, not that he hit her, and she has arm pain. The police say they saw no visible evidence and that she refused medical care, so there is no confirmation of any injury. There's nothing here.

Obviously I'm just going by the information that's been released but it sounds like a relatively small thing. I bet there are posters in this forum that have had arguments with their girlfriend or spouse and pushed her away to avoid any more conflict. He's bigger so it would be easy for her to fall after being pushed but what if she had pushed him. He probably wouldn't have fallen unless he tripped over something but the intent would be the same.

Sorry but i laughed when you said you did a swim move. Glad you didn't bull rush or forklift. If there's a next time, I suggest the hand swipe, bend the corner and run out of the room.
The team has two choices. They are either going to battle through this or this magic ride ends this Sunday.

If it does end, as fans, we will be left to wonder.

Sure is as far as any criminal charges. Doesn't mean he isn't being a distraction to the team, or violating NFL personal conduct policy. Can't be putting yourself in compromising positions.

Any facts to go along with this? Or just allegations?

That will help us formulate a reasoned opinion. Without info it is the latter. Claims are easier to make than repairing reputations after false accusations.

Girlfriend called said he pushed her down during an argument. Problem is that puts the 49ers in a bad position if they play him and the allegations turn out to be true. If they don't play him which is what they should do, then he misses out on a huge game in his career and might be innocent.

Sounds like there is something there to qualify as something. What the first something was I don't know.

Was she invading his space and instigating? Or did he go out of his way to invade her space and push her?

For me there is a clear difference between the two scenarios, but I am guessing that either way people won't give a s**t and it's his fault, regardless.

Dude needed to walk away at the time, and surely needs to walk away now. Just distance yourself from this woman. She is not worth it.

I've seen a wide spectrum in these instances, enough to know when the accused was indeed the POS and enough to know when it was the accuser who is the POS.

I hope in this situation with Omenihu it is the latter.

IMO this is only Omenihu's problem, that he has to deal with. What Super Bowl was it when someone from the 9ers organization said something bad about the Gay community right before the Super Bowl?? Now that was bad and had a bad feeling about the Super Bowl after that.
